Well...it’s a Democrat bill right? So saying it is “false advertising” is redundant :)
They always seem to name bills that describe the opposite of what will happen or is desired.
If they were to write a “unborn health act” - you know exactly what it’ll be funding...and the last thing they mean is the well being of the unborn, rather the funding of abortions for mothers that don’t want them.
Ok so how about the opposition party draft a bill that eliminates the IRS and defines the Department of Education and shuts down NPR. Then title it “the Civil Rights Act of 2022.
But that would require an opposition party that was not scared to death of opposing the Communists
