Yep. If the doctor administered the shot incorrectly, then he’s to blame. Otherwise it’s the vaccine manufacturer and/or the government.

I am saying that anyone who indulges in a risky behavior bears the risk of that behavior.
No procedure is without risk. You can’t possibly have that risk until you say, “I Want That,” and actually identify where to go, set aside time, drive there, walk into the building, identify yourself, sit in a waiting room, and see a nurse or doctor to get the shot your desperately wanted.
Of course, if she was physically restrained and given it, it is rape.
He still could have been justifiable shot in a number of U.S. states.
If I carried (I’m in Canada, so not an issue) I would have shot him if it were me.
Of course, I wouldn’t have given his wife the shot.
Then again, f I were the widower, I’m not sure that I wouldn’t have done something that would justify the charge “assault with intent to cause bodily harm,” or possibly second degree murder and then roll the dice with the jury.
You're very fortunate. I have (rather, HAD) two friends of the same description. One is a pediatrician, beloved by his colleagues and patients; the other an internist, highly respected -- not by me, anymore.
Two people who should know better, but they're solidly in favor of covid vaccines and boosters even for babies.
Can't debate with them. They went to medical school!
Also, one of their kids is a teen girl with an autoimmune disorder. She got the shots and booster, now she has to see a gynecologist about heavy bleeding and HBP, neither of which she suffered before.
These geniuses are never wrong.
Some of the most ardent pushers of this poison shot have been doctors.

You got that right. My doctor’s office has two doctors. One tried to push the shot on me saying she had taken the Maderna shot, which she claimed was the safer one and suggested I do likewise. As an added argument she said she had given her daughter the same shot. I told her there was no way in hell that I would take the shot. She said there was no reason for concern because she was closely following the literature on the various shots. Interestingly, the elderly doctor in the same office who I see for my regular medical needs told me he would not take the shot.

Good point. When you think about it, it wasn’t that the Nazi Party was so capable of imposing totalitarian rule all by themselves....they relied on hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of compliant bureaucrats and local law enforcement throughout German to enact their agenda. It’s the same thing we see today in this covid [bleep].... local “news” stations parroting the same line (one of our local stations even has ominous sounding music to introduce each new covid update), doctors, nurses, pharmacists, school boards, and willing functionaries at every level to repeat the lies. This is how America dies, not from piss-poor leadership, but from so many willing foot soldiers across the land who implement the policies.

One can understand the grief of a person who’s recently lost a loved one.
But supporting this sort of random, unhinged violence is disgusting.
I suspect you are correct. Doctors, pharmacists, scientist, big pharma people are going to be confronted by those they have helped to kill or murder. Not knowing there was a problem with the jab and administering it is one thing. Watching people keel over from the same side effects time and again and still giving the damn thing in the name of faux science and medicine is pre-meditated murder. Some people will seek revenge personally than try the corrupt justice system, it’s human nature.

And there should be an enormous amount of individual law suits and many more Class Action Law Suits.
