Dave was a single guy, living at home with his father and working in the family business. He knew that he would inherit a fortune once his sickly father died.
Dave wanted two things: • to learn how to invest his inheritance and, • to find a wife to share his fortune.
One evening at an investment meeting, he spotted the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Her natural beauty took his breath away .
"I may look like just an ordinary man," he said to her, "but in just a few years, my father will die, and I'll inherit 20 million dollars."
Impressed, the woman obtained his business card.
Two weeks later, she became his stepmother.
Hi Missy....I mean, “Mom”
That tale took a nasty little turn.
A good deal for somebody, but a terrible inequity for everybody else concerned.
The correct equation for vapid women:
Money > Honest Loving Relationships
Life lesson boys…
You’re horrible LOL.
I went to school with a girl who has lived very lavishly as a single mother ever since. Right out of highschool, she had a child with a very wealthy guy she met in a bar. She sued him for child support and got the state mandated 15% right off the top of his income until the child reached 21. Over the next 12 years, she did the same to two other wealthy fellas. She is now in her 60’s, and has never had to work a day in her life.
By chance, was the woman’s name Anna Nicole Smith?
ugh! ANS earned that money as far as I am concerned.
Mr. Smith is on his deathbed and knows the end is near. A nurse, his wife, daughter and 2 sons, are with him.
He asks that 2 witnesses be present and a camcorder in place to record his last wishes, and when all is ready he begins to speak:
"To my son, Bernie, I want you to take the Mayfair houses."
"My daughter Sybil, you take the apartments over in the east end."
"My son, Jamie, I want you to take the offices over in the City Centre.
"Sarah, my dear wife, please take all the residential buildings on the east bank of the river."
The nurse and witnesses are blown away as they did not realize the extent of his real estate holdings, and as Mr. Smith slips away, the nurse says, "Mrs. Smith, your husband must have worked very hard to have accumulated so much property".
To which the wife replied, "The SOB had a paper route."
That is good—kinda reminds me of my wife’s uncle who divided his estate equally for nine heirs.
His “real estate” consisted of a 1920s fixer-upper in the slums and a dilapidated cabin in the middle of the VT woods (up a mile long mud “road”, no electricity or other utilities).
After legal fees the nine heirs got very small checks.
