COCONINO COUNTY, Ariz. - A 74-year-old New York woman reportedly evaded authorities from several law enforcement agencies after Sedona Police got many reports of a driver's "erratic" and "disorderly" behavior on July 9.
"It was during these contacts that Sedona Officers learned this person had a revoked driver’s license where she was not allowed to drive a motor vehicle," a news release read from the Cottonwood Police Department.

The driver is Laura Duffy, and there were no other people in the car.
She's been booked into jail on suspicion of felony flight, aggravated assault on law enforcement, endangerment, criminal damage, resisting arrest and several criminal traffic violations.
Cops had to use "PIT" technique to stop her Subaru...
74-year-old women usually are not involved in wild police chases...It is an unusual case...
I think that, in general, people in their 70s do not commit too many crimes...

Who can blame her? Time to act out.

My favorite part of the movie. I’m sorry they had to destroy that beautiful car, though.

Sedona Officers learned this person had a revoked driver’s license where she was not allowed to drive a motor vehicle, My brother had a bad case of Macular Degeneration and could see very little forward. He had me take him to a state office to get some kind of paperwork which declared him to be legally blind. They did NOT revoke his driver's license! No, he didn't drive.
