The Posse Comitatus Act holds that federal military personnel may not be used to enforce domestic policies within the United States. The National Guard is an exception to that rule and then only if the state’s governor or the D.C. Mayor requests it. Nevertheless, there are indications that the Pentagon worked with the Department of Justice and the FBI in the lead-up to President Trump’s January 6 rally that ended with Antifa activists and other agitators enticing people into the Capitol. That’s a big no-no, if true.
Julie Kelly, who has been following the events of January 6 with the dogged determination of a bloodhound, sent out a few tweets raising the possibility that the Department of Defense was involved in law enforcement activities leading up to events on January 6. What got Kelly’s superb bloodhound nose twitching was something she caught in mid-July—namely, that Adam Schiff tucked into the National Defense Authorization Act a bizarre little amendment hiding evidence the collection of which violated the Posse Comitatus Act.
The story actually began with a Newsweek report in early 2022. Kelly summarizes it this way:
[Acting AG Jeffrey] Rosen made a unilateral decision to take the preparatory steps to deploy Justice Department and so-called ‘national’ forces,” Newsweek reporter William M. Arkin disclosed in a bombshell report earlier this year. “There was no formal request from the U.S. Capitol Police, the Secret Service, or the Metropolitan Police Department—in fact, no external request from any agency. The leadership in Justice and the FBI anticipated the worst and decided to act independently, the special operations forces lurking behind the scenes.”
Those assets, according to Arkin, included “commandos” with shoot-to-kill authority. And among them were members of the military.

Do you really believe that the POTUS is read in on everything? You do realize that even the POTUS, with all the top secret clearances he or she has or may have, that there are levels of secrecy above him or her? I could go on. Don’t be fooled or lulled into thinking that the POTUS knows exactly every thing or every move or every secret this government may have, has or is designing even now.

That Army officer was leading a group of 100 members of the Moore County Citizens for Freedom, an org that specifies it is dedicated to conservative values. The officer was acting in her personal capacity, was not in uniform and had already resigned her commission.
Did the group engage in, or were any of them charged with, destructive or harmful activity?
Or, were they standing for the idea that Congress would question and examine at a Session called specifically for that purpose, the results of an obviously irregular election?
If that means planned to help create fake ‘insurrection’ thing, then yes....

Will also add, while not acting alone, a military (ours), which is willing to take out a POTUS by any means (and guilty of UCMJ Mutiny, Insubordination, and Treason has taken place [with smiles, fist bumps, and leftist applause), and acted to install a deeply leftist, and ultimately known Chinese/Russian corrupted fraud puppet admin — such a military and IC effort, and those in power over it, cannot and will not be brought down by a measly “election process”.
Because of the global leftist mass media and press, our society is nearly oblivious. Even conservatives and libertarians are dystopian, blind, and not tracking this for the most part.

Correct the president does not know everything at all times… Never even suggested that… At the bare minimum this will now likely be an issue for the Grand Jury which is now being convened in the case of White House officials up to and including FPOTUS, to decide… It is no doubt the topic that will be discussed by Cassidy Hutchison when she is placed under oath before the Grand Jury with her first hand account. Short and Jacobs have already done so.
Always if this proceeds to indictment there will be a trial which will be of the century, and will be televised live every day for us all to see and hear the evidence and make up our own minds.
