Actually I did not see anyone pulled down in. I saw a guy that almost was pulled in but the other guy pulled him up and away from it.

I think he was leaning over to try and pull the person out. You can faintly see what looks like a person at the start of the video but its then covered by the floaty that looks like a watwermelon

I wonder if it was one of those resorts by the Dead Sea. There are sink holes around there all the time. They have signs up in certain areas where you can’t camp or hike because the area is prone to sink holes.
