The officers need to carry window breakers. Punching vehicle windows is ineffective and risky. They need their hands unbroken in order to use the radios, firearms, handcuffs, and tend to the injured.
The officers also need a good tire cutter. That vehicle should have had four flats the moment they surrounded it and she starting crashing into other vehicles.
They also need a chain or cable to connect one handcuff on the driver's wrist and the other end to a police vehicle. She ain't driving away without pulling herself out of the driver's side window.

That was a crazy video and what was with the cops trying to punch out the windows with their fists? The women cop (undercover) at the end was furious. I don’t even think my own wife ever slammed a door so hard.
