It is amazing how little money it takes to buy politicians. Buying politicians is like naming the city sports stadium - taxpayers pay 99% of the costs and some big company comes in with 1% and earns the right to name the place - after themselves.
We pay all the background costs for politicians and the folks who give them the '1%' get to call the tune.
