The occasional Biden gaffe has given way to at least one gaffe during every public appearance. His last performance was marked by several.
Biden accidentally read aloud the teleprompter instructions during a speech Friday.

There isn’t a day that goes by, where Joe Biden isn’t acting like a blathering mess.
And poll after poll is showing that the majority of Americans do not believe Biden is mentally fit for this job he was installed into.
The irony is when Kamala speaks we have this same reaction.
This is a disgrace to our country!
But the even bigger irony is the fact that many people are blind to the obvious:

Recently, I saw a clip of Biden speaking in 2018. He was fine. The decline began at some point between 2018 and April 2019, when he launched his campaign for the presidency. Over the past three years, he’s become gradually worse.

Kamala is in Disney World every day. Limited in intelligence, common sense, any ability to create, manufacture, invent or produce, and she’s the VP of the free world. Quite a feat. Only accomplished thru massive fraud of every kind. Not sure if any amount of hail Mary’s will save her.
