These are the kind of idiots that will get vitamins taken off the counters. Congress will be only to happy to have the FDA and doctors prescribe everything that goes into your body (with their permission of course).

He was seeking out extra treatment after he'd previously suffered from multiple health issues including tuberculosis, a build-up of fluid on the brain, chronic sinusitis, bacterial meningitis, and an inner ear tumor.

I am curious to know if these problems were improved at all.

No telling what other “supplements” this fool was also ingesting regularly. Did not earn a Darwin award but is definitely worthy of a Darwin citation.

400x is pretty silly. You wanna take 2x-3x-5x the RDA, fine, have at it. At some point every substance is toxic.

Fortunately this Brit was able to see a doc after waiting 3 months.

It is much easier to die due to an overdose of water (hyponatremia) than an overdose of vitamin D. Big Pharma sponsors scare stories like this one to try to keep their “customers” sick and in need of drugs. The infamous Dr Fauci is on record as taking 6000 IU of vitamin D a day, Dr John Cannell of the Vitamin D institute takes 10,000 IU/day. 5000 IU a day is a safe supplement for almost anyone, but don’t forget to also take some vitamin K2 (about 200 mcg per day is good).

Is it okay to take small doses of vitamin d on a daily basis or will that also cause it to accumulate in your body?
