When i was a kid I saw a car on display at the state fair that several teens were driving when their entire bag of M80s ignited at once.
The roof of the car looked like jiffy pop popcorn. Apparently they all lived but with permanent hearing damage.

I think this was them allowing the kids to shoot a few early ones. The majority, going to be shot after dark, were stored behind the minivan. They were just all shot early.

My next door neighbor does a big show every year. Idiots from around the sub division all lined up and the ‘men’ handling the fireworks.
This year, they had a BIG one go off right on the ground and would have ignited everything around it if they hadn’t had the rest of the fireworks kept so far away....
Nonetheless, there were little kids riding Razors and bikes within 15 ft of all this...
They’re just lucky one of them didn’t get killed.

Note these morons kept the fireworks stash right behind the car close to the gas tank.
The idiot lit a mortar right on the ground(not in a launching tube) so it ignited all over the backyard, and set the rest of the fireworks off behind the car.

This is why the drone swarms we’re seeing at holidays and events will never take the place of real fireworks.
This particular video reminds me of when, at a commercial display in Palo Alto, a firework projectile went into the truck containing all the un-shot fireworks.
