She does not chain ideas together. She repeats a single thought in as many ways as can be linguistically managed.
IOW She says something, then repeats it, then repeats it, then repeats if again. This has, for her, the effect of strengthening the impact of what she says.

I agree. There must be some new Communications Theory being taught that such a repetitive use of the key word makes it stick in the minds of the audience. After all, we do know she is series. But the theory completely discounts the fact that the orator sounds like a blithering idiot. And the sad part is she probably doesn’t even realize that.
