Police in Akron, Ohio, unleashed a wave of tear gas on protesters who gathered outside of the city's main courthouse on Sunday night.
Several hundred protesters marched in the city in the hours after the Akron Police Department released the bodycam footage showing the shooting death of 25-year-old Jayland Walker.
Walker was killed after being shot at least 60 times by Akron cops following a traffic stop on June 27.
Riot police used tear gas in response to a protester who was taking down barriers that were set up outside of the police headquarters. Authorities responded by coming out in 'full riot gear,' reports WKYC.
While fleeing the tear gas, protesters began driving their cars on the sidewalk to get around snowplows parked in the road to block off the high street - and some protesters launched smoke bombs in the streets, reports the Akron Beacon Journal.
One protester began breaking the windows of several snowplows whilst a row of dumpsters was also pictured on fire, although there does not appear to be any major damage to property in the city.
WKYC's Neil Fischer said that police used 'at least a dozen' tear gas cans on protesters which resulted in many of the gathered crowd leaving the area. Fisher said that you could smell the tear gas in the air more than 15 minutes after it was used.
Fellow WKYC reporter Emma Henderson tweeted: 'Tear gas is flowing. We were well over a block away from where it was fired and it's in our noses, eyes and throats. Protesters are finding each other water and moving away.'
One protester, who goes by the moniker Comrade Ohio on Twitter, tweeted a video showing a dumpster on fire in the city.

You appear to be buying into this false (and dangerous) media narrative that the cops just randomly rolled up on this guy and decided to start shooting at him because he is black.
According to a certain segment of the population, the police are never allowed to use force, even when being shot at by a criminal. Any force used by the police must then be "protested" with violent, fiery riots.

Cops tend to respond to serious calls with a large number of officers to discourage resistance.
You can’t expect officers to risk their lives without the ability to protect themselves.
Police typically used six-shot 38s when I was young.
Sixty shots seems to imply at least 10 officers were at the scene.
They don’t use revolvers any more, haven’t as standard sidearms for at least 3 years.

There are probably several thousand federal government agents trained to use a far greater level of force against American citizens.
There are probably dozens of special federal government aircraft able to mow down a field of AR-15 bearers.
The federal government is probably spending tens of billions of dollars each year to do possible battle with American citizens.
Be aware that the bullets you treasure will bounce off the body armor of those hired to ensure the submission of US citizens to globalist desires.
They probably should have had a quick meeting. Get out the white board and write down the names of the officers, carefully consider rank, marksmanship, amount of ammo on each officer, and diversity of the officers. They will probably need someone with artistic skills to diagram the scene and potential areas they could position the designated officer. Maybe they could have little break out sessions on these topics and regrouped later with findings. This kind of approach worked real well in Uvalde.

Sure but how often do they drive by your house? Normal cops are the ones getting called to “loud noises” and shooting people. They’re the threat. You can tell, cause they’re killing people all the time.
