This version doesn't mention that at least one shot was fired from Walker's car before he fled on foot.
That Walker wasn't armed at the moment he was shot by police doesn't really matter, if he, in fact fired first.

He was engaged in criminal activity and shot at the police. He got what was coming to him. But of course the black community believes the Law doesn’t apply to them and that any excuse to riot and loot is justified.
