How do you know a stranger on a conservative discussion site will get it right?
I weigh about 125 lbs and I took 12 mg. Hubby weighs about 175 lbs and took 18 mg. We have 12 mg tabs which made it easier. I don’t think an exact dosage is that important actually.
Correction. That chart is for preventative and you can double or triple for treatment, as per chart. Double 15 is 30 so 2 1/2 tablets x 12mg would be your 30mg.
As others have said, it’s very forgiving and well tolerated. You could just take three a day. Or 2 1/2 per day. Your choice.
Just take a 12mg pill. Should do the trick. I used horsepaste to get over delta and it worked splendidly. Just get ready to poop like crazy because it deworms you as well.
I weigh 155#. If I were a horse with symptoms, I'd take 0.8g of the 1.87% horse paste 3x daily for 5 days. That's about 5/8" out of the syringe tube. I'd also make sure the other ingredients were inert fillers and NOT other drugs.
For prevention, if I were a horse, I'd take the same dose once or a twice a month.
Note that the dose with symptoms is 30x the preventive dose. (15x in one week vs. 1x every two weeks.) That's how safe this stuff is. Don't be concerned at all if you're +/- 20% or even 50%.
For when you're better mentally and up to math, the correct dose for both livestock and humans is the same: 0.2mcg/kg of body weight.
There's other things you need to do. Ivermectin with zinc hinder viral replication, especially when used at the first sign of symptoms. An aspirin a day can keep blood from clotting. An anti-bacterial drug can reduce lung bacteria. There's more. Look for the I-Mask protocol by Front Line Doctors.
Don’t forget to take zinc with it.
And vitamins C & D.

I just got over something that very well could have been omicron, but I didn’t test for it so don’t know. I was very tired and achy with very slight chest congestion and a very slight cough. Slept a LOT.

None. The current covid strains are so mild compared to the initial waves that you will survive like 99.9999999999% of the people who get covid these days without the need to take any meds.
not a doctor but can tell you my experience. a frontline dr. starts with .3 mg / kg. so 100 kg (220 lb man) would start with 30 mg / day. i started with 40 mg per day. 20 mg / 12 hours apart. don’t get too stuck on doing it right or a set number of days. when you feel better/breathe better it’s working at that dose. i think, no point in under dosing unless your on prophylaxis.
take it with a lot of fat or a meal (avocado and chips is good). once every 12 hours is what i was prescribed. if you’re taking querticin, stagger, don’t take them together.
double your dosage if not working. while it works for the majority, some people don’t respond to ivermectin, so try the second line meds from frontline doctors if you’re not improving hydroxycloroquine, the steriods, budesinide, etc. God’s speed and prayers up. i had no side effects except for wiping out the ccp virus and the spike protein.

I’m 145ish, and take 12mg. on an empty stomach with 8oz. water. Don’t eat for 1 hour.
I have Ivermectin. I took it through last winter whenever I was exposed. If I felt the slightest bit of a cold coming on I took it. I never got sick. But now there is Omicron. I let that just wash over me. I had a lingering cough and for about 3 days I had very low grade chills. Not enough to stop me from doing anything. The cough lingered and finally disappeared all together after about three weeks.
Several people I know were sick at the same time. They all had similar symptoms. And none of them felt very bad. Most went through their days normally.
COVID is now just a cold. And not a very severe one at that. I would consider doing nothing. Buy some cough drops. You will be just fine.
Just recovered from Covid—do not know which variant. Tough week. 81 year old male with kidney/heart issues. My PCP prescribed Paxlovid and seemed to help but Covid is different for everyone and I am not sure all the vitamins and other remedies work for all as I am triple vaxxed and have taken 100 mg C, 5000 E and 50 mg Zinc for years.

My 94 year old father was prescribed 3 MG tablets, 4 Times per day, for 3 days. He weighed 130 lbs.
By the 4th day he had NO symptoms. He did not die of Covid. But 6 months later he died of heart failure.
