I weigh 155#. If I were a horse with symptoms, I'd take 0.8g of the 1.87% horse paste 3x daily for 5 days. That's about 5/8" out of the syringe tube. I'd also make sure the other ingredients were inert fillers and NOT other drugs.
For prevention, if I were a horse, I'd take the same dose once or a twice a month.
Note that the dose with symptoms is 30x the preventive dose. (15x in one week vs. 1x every two weeks.) That's how safe this stuff is. Don't be concerned at all if you're +/- 20% or even 50%.
For when you're better mentally and up to math, the correct dose for both livestock and humans is the same: 0.2mcg/kg of body weight.
