I saw a clip of Joe Rogan Podcast #1828 – Michio Kaku just recently on YouTube.

Kaku’s theory was that the UFOs are almost all extraterestial drones.
This is because they have radar, visual and electronic evidence that they exceed 12 Gs and break the sound barrier without creating a sonic boom. Plus not only do these craft travel through air, but also water.
