I was just wondering, since it appears they haven't yet.
You needing a new flat screen? ๐
After Soros agents have told them what those opinions will
be, OR ELSE!
Meanwhile the FBI, DOJ, and the Attorney General act like
nothing could be finer on the streets of Washington, D. C.
I’ve been keeping an eye out, too.
Hoping that we get nationwide shall issue carry laws today.
They issued some today and I think more on Wednesday. go to SCOTUSblog.com for more deets. No biggies for today.
They release them in the morning. Major rulings like the one impacting Roe v. Wade are generally held to just before they recess.
Yes they hold controversial stuff til the end, so they can issue them and get out of town.
I think Wednesday is their last day to release?
I think the Dobbs opinion is still being worked over. All these protests and shut-downs are not for nothing.
Thanks for the link.

I read this weekend that they had 30 to go for this term—5 out today so 25 to go. When I read about the 30 I also read about the final date for the term, but I forget what it was.
Every Monday and Wednesday until the end of June. 30+ are expected to be released.
Darn, all those democrat insurrectionists are going to just have to hang around. It is hard to schedule a riot when you don’t know what day to start it.
No. Wednesday is simply the most recent decision hand-down day that the Court has formally announced. There will be others. Expect June 21 of next week to be a hand-down day, and June 22 as well.
As far as that goes, it would not be surprising, nor unprecedented, if the Court were to issue decisions on pretty much every day during the week of June 27.
The Left has had all this time to organize, terrorize, and campaign off the issue.
you’ll know by the smell of burning cop cars
When it is politically beneficial to the democrat party.
They released a few opinions from this term this morning at 10:00. There is still 27 cases from this term for which there have not been opinions released. They usually issue opinions on Monday mornings at 10:00 beginning in mid-May and running until the end of June. There is a court-watching site scotusblog.com that is run by several attorneys that you can go to to find out what cases are pending and also watch as they post when opinions are released each Monday. (This is not an official Supreme Court site). You can go to the site a day before each opinion day and sign up to get an email reminder to go to the site on opinion days.
When there are so many cases left to be decided they normally have additional “opinion days” in June. I believe they have already announced an additional day for this week and that will be Wednesday. They may also have an additional day or two of opinions next week. Most of your answers about the court can be answered at scotusblog’s FAQ link.
That’s it in a nutshell. Hope it helps.
The longer the delay, the more likely Roe-v-Wade will NOT be overturned.
