When the bombing stopped, Nato generals were amazed how little military targets they destroyed were actually ‘targets’ [for example, open a microwave door, turn it on, and it has the same electronic signature as ground radar for missles]. Nato was REAL GOOD at destroying hospitals, markets and passenger trains, though.
