But while TV programs such as long-running FX drama The Americans toyed with the idea of foreign spies hiding in plain sight in the heart of suburbia, in reality the exact same thing was playing out in real-time right under people’s noses.
Recently declassified FBI files have now revealed the existence of a vast network of undercover Russian spies active in the US during the 1990s and 2000s who were trained by the Kremlin to assimilate seamlessly into everyday American life by getting married, obtaining jobs and raising families, all while sending encoded messages back home.

Seems like there is a lot of fruit salad on uniforms now days. I see young guys wearing more than a Sargent Major and they look like they just got out of boot camp.
Agreed, and I’m way more concerned about them than I am any Russian spies. If we were ever to find ourselves in a war with China, I would almost guarantee they have embedded agents here ready to release a bioweapon or otherwise strike us from within.

Yet, he was ruined by the same Deep State apparatus that is still in existence today.
The real danger use to be if foreign spies worked their way into positions of national security.
Now they no longer have too..since the dims are more than willing to sell the info for a few shiny beads.

A common symptom of every country that transitions to a dictatorship.
This sudden pivot by the RATS becoming anti-Russian during the Trump years isn’t by accident. They’ve been closely aligned with Russia, and before that the Soviet Union, going all the way back to the Russian Revolution of 1917. Joe McCarthy exposed the then Soviet Union’s connections with our federal government in the 50’s and was destroyed for it. The Kremlin knows all of the dirty dealings that have gone on for over a hundred years. Classic Democrat cover-up of another of their many transgressions against this country.
You are not looking closely enough. My grandfather was in the 8th Air Force during WWII. I have an authentic "crusher hat". The new hats do not look like the old hats... They look like WWII Stalinist Army hats. The eagle on the old hat goes from the visor all the way up to the top of the hat. The army added about an inch and a half of extra height to the front of the hat.
Look at your picture and compare to the pictures on the army webpage.
