The Case For George P. Bush-IMHO

Posted on 05/23/2022 7:17:37 AM PDT by DIRTYSECRET

Incumbent Ken Paxton-8 years in office. Shouldn't he move on to something else? George P's a Trump supporter who went against the entire Bush klan without disowning them. Too many here see him as the family scapegoat. He's been a loyal republican who didn't support Hillary. The left calls us all haters and I can see an element of it here. He'd do well at the job and the case can be made for a change based on party health alone.

Tell everyone what LEGAL experience P has and why it qualifies him for the top legal spot? If his name was not Bush he would get laughed for being so presumptuous.

Here’s why:

1. Put a stop to a political dynasty and crime family that betrayed us, sneered at Goldwater, Reagan ( HW fired Reagan’s people on his inauguration day), Palin, and Trump but adopted the Clintons. Did I mention going into three unnecessary wars? Did I mention federalizing school curricula? The Patriot Act? Not simply allowing armed pilots after 911? Not saying Islamic Terrorism, rather saying the Religion of Peace?

The rest is on P individually:

2. “Remember the Alamo” has a new meaning thanks to this tool and the SA left, you have to remember it as it was, because the temple of Texas liberty has been reimagined by the Uniparty thanks to P.

3 I have never seen such negative campaigning by any Republican candidate in a Texas primary, I got a mailout in the form of a wanted poster calling Paxton a wanted criminal : “Crooked Ken with a rap sheet A Mile Long”. No mention of who sent it or why they are good, except the return address, but if you had been reading the thing the return address was at the bottom, upside down and in fine print. “Paid for by George P. Bush Campaign” . He has a website that is the same if you want to see, KenTheCrook.com . Eleventh Commandment folks. George Pissant Bush wants to see to it that if he loses the primary the Dem wins the general.

The Bushes are Republican insofar as a Bush is the candidate is a Bush. Let the creep run as a Democrat.

This certainly has me thinking I’m making the right choice.......KEN PAXTON all the way!!!! I don’t trust a Bush any farther than I can throw them and that includes “P”!!! I’ve paid my dues in supporting them through the years but no more.

It takes a lot of chutzpah to shill for anyone in the Bush family.

Why not support George P.? That uncle George is in bed with the Obamas would be a damn good reason. That his daddy despises Trump would be another.

What's next? Are you going to try to convince us that Mitt Romney is worthy of our support if he decides to run for reelection?

Ken Paxton has been a great attorney general despite relentless attacks. Why in the world would you want to vote him out of office. Bush tried to pull some woke crap with the Alamo.

My guess is he went with Trump because it was politically expedient to. Just like Romney when he begged for Trumps endorsement.

Just remember, he’s a Bush. Not one of them has proven to be a reliable conservative. And everyone of them has proven to be a backstabber.

Ron Desantis will be villified just as bad as Trump was and is.

Do you not pay attention to what the media does to GOP candidates?

Quit trying to be nice to and please people who hate you.

Yea, abandoning conservative principles, starting endless conflicts, and siding with the opposition party against your base will do that.

I’m with you!
P Bush has totally screwed up the management of our sacred Alamo.
No true Texan would allow that twat to carry on.
No more Bushes!
I’m getting to the point we’re only native Texans or people here 20 years or so should be able to vote in state wide elections.

“Trump crushed the Bush, Clinton, and Cheney political families.”

Not quite yet on the Cheney political family.

There’s still Liz who needs to be dealt strongly with.

Arguing about candidates and elections in a system corrupted beyond repair seems like it’s what the left wants.

Ken Paxton is corrupt, and if he is nominated he presents the best chance the Democrats have of winning their first statewide race in Texas since 1994.
