The biggest mistake in the constitution is the prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment. With filth like this, that’s exactly what is needed. Rapid execution that is messy, loud, extremely painful and public.

The people involved deserve the death sentence. If crimes like this are not punished by the rightful authorities, vigilante justice will eventually be meted out.
I read elsewhere that it was one guy with a counterfeit ticket.

If you were an abductor, would you go to the hassle of abducting someone in a crowded stadium with a gun, with high likelihood of getting caught? Or would you just snatch someone off the street walking their dog?
I think its more dangerous to allow your child to walk their dog alone, than using a restroom in a crowded area.

There is 4 criteria that must he met for an amber alert. It looks like all 4 were met. However there is a push to change the criteria to 3 criteria due to the abduction and death of Lily Peters. An Amber alert was not issued for Lily because no one saw her leave with anyone. She was reported missing when she did not arrive home.
Currently the 4 criteria is
1. Under 17
2. The law enforcement agency believes that the child is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death
3. There is enough descriptive information about the victim
4. A description of abductors or vehicle
