“..Now the baby formula bill. Let’s see if the Repukes will spend money locally. Nope suddenly they’d all become fiscal hawks...”

Of course.
Hmmmm.....Wonder why???
Well, maybe, just maybe, the baby formula money is not headed to the official U.S. Congressional “Laundry Mat” (better known as the Ukraine) where it’s professionally washed spotless...nice, white & clean before being deposited into some low-life congressCritter’s personal account...oh, and yeah, let’s not forget the mandatory 10% for the Big Guy (who thinks he’s god).
You certainly don’t want U.S. CongressCritters running around with dirty money, do ya? /s

“It is important for parents and caregivers to understand that any products released on a case-by-case basis at this time were made at Abbott Nutrition’s Sturgis, MI, facility, and that the processes, procedures, and conditions that the FDA observed during its inspection of the Sturgis MI production facility from January 31 – March 18, 2022, raise concerns that powdered infant formula produced at this facility prior to the FDA’s inspection carry a risk of contamination.”

Russia could have attacked a NATO country and didn’t, they won’t attack a NATO country because they would lose, and it’s time for Europe to grow up and deal with their own backyard instead of sponging off of us so your talk is neocon nonsense, Danny.

No. The shortage is due to how government - federal and state - has “regulated” baby formula production and sales to where just three producers have 80% of the market and one producer, Abbot, has 1/2 of that. Then add that the WIC program accounts for such a significant part of the infant formula sales, and whenever a goverment program dominates a market (think Medicare) its pricing rules have huge impacts on the market. Then add that WIC is run by each state “contracting” with single suppliers to be the WIC infant formula supplier for 100% of all WIC infant formula sales in that state.

You have government created monopolies and a massive government created shortage.

But Biden could suspend the import restrictions on the same infant formula products from Mexico and Canada and allow each state to accept imported supplies to their state, and end the shortages in days.

But what Biden does not want to do is end the monopolies and mess that government regulation has created in the infant formula market.

.
They don’t even pretend to read the Bills, and next week there will be another cause that requires them to do another Spending bill.

If the people can’t see this now, they never will.

No recovery from this type of Debt

Yep. Danny is talking neocon nonsense.

Putin could have already attacked a NATO member, won’t in the future because he’d lose.

The point isn’t can they but should they.

We’re 30 trillion in debt, 150 plus trillion unfunded liabilities, stagflation, rampant crime, we need to focus on our borders, not Ukraine’s, Putin won’t attack a NATO member as he’d lose, and Ukraine is full of corruption, was Hunters cash cow, 10% for the Big Guy, Soros has his tentacles deep in that country, and most of all, Biden wants an ongoing Ukraine aid to use as a shiny object to deflect attention to and away from his failures on domestic policy.

Exactly. Unfortunately for the Putin bots, it helps Ukraine wipe the floor with the Russian military.

“No recovery from this type of Debt”

That’s why they are looking at a ‘great reset’. All the Western democracies pretty much have a debt to GDP ratio over 100%, China’s is over 300%. Interestingly Russia’s is only like 30%. And unlike the other countries, they can back their currency with hard assets, namely their abundant natural resources. So I’m sure Russia has no interest in participating in any such reset, maybe another reason for this proxy war.

And the majority of the backstabbing, greedy POSs will continue their careers in the Senate because:

1. People are afraid to vote for someone new

2. The state and federal machine make it very difficult for challengers, if not impossible. But that could be solved by the people telling them to pound sand up their a$$es

3. Folks that aren’t negatively affected by the policies of McConnell, et al think things are peachy keen. They can’t see past the end of their noses. All one has to do is look at the elections in Georgia. To think that Kemp, Raffensberger, Miller have a chance is absurd. But they do. And that is a sad testament to the voters in this state. Especially when you see Kemp having to resort to asking Christie and Pence to come and gin up votes.
