New footage of Putin bizarrely twisting his foot - which even causes Tajikistan president to stare at the odd movement - adds further weight to rumours about Vladimir's health

New footage of Vladimir Putin bizarrely twisting his foot and seemingly struggling with jerky leg movements has further stoked rumours the Russian President may be experiencing a sharp decline in health.

The clip, taken yesterday as Putin met with his counterpart from Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, showed the Russian leader's left foot repeatedly raising and lowering as his knee collapsed inward.

Putin later adjusted his position in the chair and settled his foot firmly on the ground as he spoke with Rahmon about the development of relations between Russia and Tajikistan, but his leg appeared to go on twitching.

The strange movements caught the eye of the Tajik leader, who appeared somewhat unsettled as he looked down and watched Putin's foot erratically flexing.

Those “signs”, linked to nuclear weaponry, makes Putin appear more irrational.

It could be “maximum psy-ops”, of which Putin would be a master.

About a decade ago a close friend and a male in Law were diagnosed with Parkinson’s. They had the same involuntary restless leg/foot movements.

They had to clutch something like a desktop or table leg top to prevent their opposite side hand movements from being noticed or going out of control like their foot.

Their hand on the same side of their restless leg syndrome just laid still in their lap or on the seat cushion, they were setting on.

That is not a Parkinson’s tremor. That is merely loosening an ankle that feels tight, which everyone has done.

Head on over to youtube and see examples of Parkinson tremors. They are not something that exists for a few seconds. They are ongoing. Nothing in Putin’s ankle adjust shows this.

That could also very well be it. This may sound nuts to say, but I kind of hope he doesn't die. Although Putin has plenty of faults, he's a "known factor", whom we've been dealing with for years. Who comes after him? Could be anyone. Maybe a good guy, or maybe another Stalin or Ivan the Terrible.
