I am sure you meant National Airport. Dulles did not open until 1962. BTW, I am old enough remember both events.
I think these things will be presented as our brothers here to help us and many will be taken in by these evil entities.
I do think many politicians, government and globalists are probably very aware of what these things are and are profiting from this knowledge.
I don’t think the we won’t tell them because it will destroy religion excuse will continue to fly. The left wants religion destroyed and if these things are presented as our saviors or brothers it will deceive a lot of religious people. Most religions will not be fazed, Islam will immolate itself though.
I think parts of the US government want this out and parts do not. There will be questions such as you knew and didn’t tell us and allowed them to do things to humanity? But as we all now know equal justice under the law is a farce and the government is never held accountable for anything.
I don’t think these things are interstellar but more than likely interdimensional if anything. They will spring it openly on humanity when the wheels come off for distraction and at the current rate of decay it may be soon.

I know a professor who said he did research into making unmanned air vehicles that did stuff like that. One of the uses was insect control over crops. I assume the military was involved
Many years ago I attended a talk by Richard Feynman. It was as much of a highlight of my life as seeing Jimi Hendrix.
Anyway, Feynman at one point was asked what he thought of UFOs. He stated that he firmly believed it was impossible to exceed the speed of light so interstellar travel was unlikely. He did, however note that most of the reported sightings could be just as easily explained by time-travel. He said that there was no such thing as yet but that time travel did less violence to physics than faster-than-light travel.
Who knows? UFOs could be our distant descendants coming back to take a look

Speed of light supposedly limited by mass—the faster you travel the more massive you become and at speed of light you have infinite mass, can’t accelerate an infinite mass. Trick would be to isolate your mass so your mass never becomes infinite.
I’m no physicist so I may be wildly wrong.
Anyway, maybe someday we will either crack faster than light travel or time travel.
