That's our daily regime.
Occasionally Ivermectin also, but not that often (once a month at the most). Usually, take Ivermectin when we hear someone we know and been around has Covid. We were with daughter's family two Sundays ago. They were diagnosed with Covid two days later. We have the human and animal Ivermectin. Never started on our human supply.
Relatives live all over, Canada, North Carolina, Alabama. Most got Covid fairly recently.
