"Why are all the grandparents in one bed?"
My daughter and I were watching the 1971 classic Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory when she asked the question I'd been asking myself for years: What's up with that four-person bed?
I answered her in the simplest way possible: Because they're poor.
Confused, my daughter shot back, "But they're white."

ROTFLMAO! Does anyone actually believe that?
Get a life.
It doesn’t seem to be a focus of the article, but the white people in Willy Wonka who spend all day in bed are eventually shown to be healthy and energetic. They jump out of bed and sing and dance when the possibility of easy riches come their way. They had been leaning on little Charlie as someone who (although a mere child) can be depended upon to care care of them.
Lesson: Many poor people are lazy parasites. Skin color isn’t the issue. White people can be lazy parasites. And black people can be focused, hard-working and successful. But, if you see people who are contributing nothing to society, there is a pretty good chance that they are lazy parasites, and skin color doesn’t enter into it.
Watch Wheel of Fortune. The black contestant wins about 80% of the time and they tend to not call wrong letters and N seem to be the first letter they call. I don’t know if the show is rigged or they just air a lot of the shows where blacks appear smarter than others.

Yeah. Sounds made up. But who knows. The way kids are taught today, maybe.
She’s making a point to show black and brown people thriving on TV? What a load of crap. Doesn’t their TV have any commercials?
Don’t black and brown people drive the best cars? Aren’t they way smarter than the white people? Aren’t they the heart and soul of every insurance agency?
I really don’t think that is the “lesson” of Willy Wonka.
Jack Albertson jumped out of bed for joy of his grandson getting a chance.
Sometimes hope is a good thing.
Try watching the original again. 1971
Gene and Jack would appreciate it.
Its made up.

“And they are probably slave owners,” the little girl added.
I wonder why Yahoo left that out. After all, if you’re gonna make up a story why not swing for the bleachers?
Believe that white liberals think that every white person is a success and every non-white people needs manadatory welfare to get by?
Yeah, I believe that is how liberals think.
The author should show them something real, not fake TV shows and marketing-manipulated commercials
“Brown people” = South Asians to me an most people on this earth.
Good question. No.
All their fake stories are not believable.
Sure!
Brainwash and mentally abuse your daughter more than she already is by living with you.
I don’t think it was “the lesson”.
But I do think his family were lazy. And poor. They were bed-ridden by choice.
I agree. Liberals treat blacks as little more than pets or retarded children who need their guidance in everything. That video of white liberal college students explaining why voter ID is racist is true to form for them.. Blacks don’t know where the DMV is, can’t afford ID, don’t have internet or cell phones. It truly shows that brainwashing works.
