Regardless of who actually did this, there’s a good chance it was planned, approved, and strategically timed by people higher up in the deep state power structure.

At least 90% of Asian Indian H-1Bs are completely average software engineers who replace completely average American engineers and crush the prevailing wage scale.
***Yup, completely contrary to what the program was set up for. It was supposed to be a way to bring in the intelligent folks we needed, and it’s written directly into the program that Americans who can do the job are to be presented the opportunity at it first. That never happens any more. Over in Japan, they have less than 5% participation in their H1B program per capita because they pay a premium of about 30% for their H1B talent, and there is virtually no fraud. That tells me the H1B program is 95% fraudulent.

A person called Amit Jain clerks for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

As a Yale student, Jain blasted Yale for supporting Brett Kavanaugh's nomination.

Jain was quoted in a 2017 Politico piece by Josh Gerstein.

Today, Gerstein published the draft SCOTUS opinion on Roe.

"Amit Jain, Sotomayor’s clerk."

Protective custody out of DC. Maybe a 'Baltimore hay ride'. For the good of the country.

Unless the Supreme Court of the United States Police are completely corrupt and totally incompetent (admittedly a distinct possibility), they already know who leaked the draft decision.

There is a wealth of metadata and forensic evidence embedded in each modern electronic and paper document, that is extremely difficult to remove or tamper with, that provides a chain of custody for each document.

“Well it can’t be many people so it’s not gonna be hard to narrow it down.

I see two reasons why this might have been leaked:

1. pro abortion person wanted this leaked to hype democrats for midterms

2. anti abortion person wanted this leaked now because they figured mid terms was far off enough that they could get the anger going on now so that it dies down and doesn’t become an issue by then.”

No. 1 is unlikely since the SCOTUS would have released the opinion in the ordinary course before the end of the Term in June, which would have left the left four months to exploit the opinion before the mid-term elections.

No. 2 is possible, except conservatives don’t know how to play hard-ball.

The most likely reason for the leak is to threaten and intimidate two justice to switch sides before the opinion is final.

/\

Or is she ?

She was approved to fill the non vacancy remember .

All the rules went out the window when that happened.

Imho, KJB got access and the blame will be used to force either expand the court or frame one of the other judges, probably Alito or Beyer who didn’t retire when THAT turd was fliated.

Just you watch.

That seems to be the consensus, but does not answer the question: why now?

if they waited until the normal release date, it still would have been before the election. Somebody wanted to stir the pot.

Who ordered it?

The order came straight from DNC Headquarters.

Wasn’t a leak. Court was hacked on line.

I would put that into the possible category. It also could have been a sneaker net theft or a combination of the 2..

Do you realize how frequently seats have been filled before there was a vacancy?

Often, a justice tenders his or her resignation with the stipulation that it will become effective upon the confirmation of a successor.
