Two women at New Jersey's only all-women's prison have both fallen pregnant after having sex with transgender inmates.
The pregnant women, who were not identified, are housed at the embattled Edna Mahan Correctional Facility, in Clinton, which New Jersey Governor announced plans to close last year.
Prison bosses said that in both instances, the sex was consensual.
It is unclear if the women had sex with the same transgender inmate, or if it was two different inmates. Edna Mahan houses 27 transgender prisoners, and over 800 women altogether. It is also unclear how far along the two inmates are, and whether they plan to continue with their respective pregnancies. An investigation has been launched.
The correctional facility began to house transgender women - including those that have yet to undergo gender reassignment surgery - last year.
That came as part of a settlement following a lawsuit brought by a trans woman and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of New Jersey.
ACLU legal director Jeanne LoCicero defended on Tuesday the policy, saying it ensured the rights of trans prisoners were not violated.
'[It's] in line with New Jersey's strong anti-discrimination laws that prevent discrimination and harassment on the basis of gender identity,' she told local news outlet NJ.com.
Edna Mahan, the only women's prison in the Garden State, does not require transgender inmates to proceed with reassignment surgery in order to be housed at the correctional.

Forcing women prisoners to house with men is depraved and is cruel & unusual punishment.

I searched the title I have no freaking clue why it did not come up but I did search.
I griped about the same thing happening in California on a website forum. Letting trans men house with women just because they say they are women. some guy basically told me to be quiet because it wasn’t really different than male guards in a prison…without the slightest argument or logical evidence.

I’m actually against male prison guards in a women’s prison and years ago stated this.
I said they should hire women who all looked like Frau Farbissina to be jail matrons and we would not have any trouble in women’s prisons.
The reaction I got was men posting pictures of fembots and the whole thread got removed.
Look Frau Farbissina is no beauty queen but at least one can tell she is female and is tough enough to handle women.

It’s amazing how women prisoners are not trying to get into male prisons.
Looks like those crooks figured out a way to have heterosexual sex while in jail. Since the sex was consensual, the women got to party, too.

I can see that view as logical. However to say there is no difference in bio male trans inmates and male guards is ludicrous:
1. The guards are not miscreants, drug addicts, sexual deviants —at least most likely
2. The guards livelihood depends on not sparking the inmates
3. The trans bio male inmates have every incentive to have sex with the females
4. The bio males are around the females 24/7
It’s amazing to me the psychology behind these radical leftists that push this stuff. It’s almost like they are trying to encourage breeding between the wirst of our society when the best of our society struggles to have families due to inflation etc .
If this were a 70s exploitation movie playing on 42nd St, there would be pervs in raincoats slinking up to the ticket window.
Now it’s the government directing the action.
