GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — A Black man face-down on the ground was fatally shot in the back of the head by a Michigan police officer, the violent climax of a traffic stop, foot chase and fight over a stun gun, according to videos of the April 4 incident released Wednesday.
Patrick Lyoya, 26, was killed outside a house in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The white officer repeatedly ordered Lyoya to “let go” of his Taser, at one point demanding: “Drop the Taser!”

I’m not black, so I haven’t been raised to see EVERYTHING in terms of race. Sorry for excluding that variable.

Though ugly, the cop was truly acting in his own self defense at that point.
But the way the laws and policies are, I’m sure they can make up some reason to fry him. Maybe the FBI can look into it and find that 3 years ago he missed a training class in diversity and therefore the police department is is partially to blame... Hahaha
Bottom line is if the subject black and the cop white you have a race issue.
If the cop is black and the subject is white there is no problem.

There is relatively little violent crime, out here, in the country and Pittsburgh is not nearly as bad as other cities.

The perps were quickly caught and the stories were dropped, like they were radioactive.
Race was NEVER mentioned and if it weren't for photos, you wouldn't know.
No protests, no marches, no riots.
They wuz skeered...of going to prison for violating probation, parole, or having outstanding warrants.
When you are out of prison on probation or parole, or you’re a fugitive with an outstanding warrant.

That cop was very smart, yelling the orders to drop the Taser. I mean I know the left is not encumbered by any facts, but most people will see that video for what it is.

I don't know what to say other than I wish I hadn't.
What I am seeing now is an increasing collapse of the moral fabric that has held this country together for over two hundred years and I have no confidence that it will ever recover........

Really? The victim was an African immigrant who was pulled over because the plates didn’t match the car. Not exactly the crime of the century. Do you know anything about him at all?

Plenty of people on this site have asked, "why do black people react to simple traffic stops by fighting, fleeing, resisting?"
It's because if they complied and got taken into custody, they'd be going to real-time prison, not just county holding cell.
I'd bet my house this guy was just like that.
so if you’re pulled over for a minor offense it’s OK to grab the officer’s taser?
