GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — A Black man face-down on the ground was fatally shot in the back of the head by a Michigan police officer, the violent climax of a traffic stop, foot chase and fight over a stun gun, according to videos of the April 4 incident released Wednesday.
Patrick Lyoya, 26, was killed outside a house in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The white officer repeatedly ordered Lyoya to “let go” of his Taser, at one point demanding: “Drop the Taser!”

Thank you officer for taking out the trash. You sacrificed your piece of mind, privacy, freedom, retirement and a career, to survive. All you will get is lawsuits, trials and maybe prison. You likely saved the lives of dozens.

When is the first respomse of a normal person to even consider attacking an officer? I can see that under certain rare circumstances, but not normal everyday conditions.

Had the black guy got total control of the taser, the cop would probably be dead because after being tased, the cop would have lost his gun. I have read that many cops have been shot with their own gun because they lost control of it to the criminal.

If it were a black officer,
Shooting a woman,
Half his body weight,
Crawling through a window,
That the officer has to step forward so he has a good line of sight,
And then shoots her through the neck,
That would be OK. The officer would be cleared, no lawsuits, no riots... No FBI swooping in to make sure “civil rights” weren’t violated.
America does have a race issue, but it’s not how people think.
