Fox News Channel’s Greg Gutfeld has a theory about how worldwide starvation could sweep the planet and devastate civilization – and a laptop formerly owned by Hunter Biden will have triggered the whole thing.
On Friday’s “The Five,” Gutfeld used Ashton Kutcher’s 2004 time-travel film “The Butterfly Effect” to explain that if global food shortages such as the one President Joe Biden warned of at the NATO Summit in Brussels on Thursday do happen, they can all be traced back to that one computer, which happens to have belonged to the president’s son.

Did you enjoy the movie ‘The Butterfly Effect’?” he asked panelist Jessica Tarlov. In the film, Kutcher’s character goes back in time and alters events, with even slight changes bringing momentous ramifications.
“Let’s do the butterfly here using the laptop,” he continued. “Number one, the New York Post publishes the laptop story and then tech and media and the Democrats collude together to bury it. So, instead of losing the election, which [Trump] would have [won] if that was public, he wins the election, thanks to cabal. And then the unpredictable force of Trump is missing.”
He continued, saying that the Ukraine war would never have happened if we hadn’t ended up with “Obama Part III: the Cocoon Edition,” as Gutfeld described Biden’s presidency, referencing Ron Howard’s senior citizens meet aliens movie.
“Then Putin sees that opening, uses the U.S./Ukraine agreement, re: NATO on Nov. 10 to invade.” The clear result by that sci-fi film-based logic? “Famine!” Gutfeld asserted. “That’s the butterfly effect. It goes all the way back to the laptop coverup. You can publish that and make it into a movie.”

Sounds plausible enough
I am amazed at how few Americans understand Cause and Effect.
Life must be a constant series of mysteries to them.
You can’t say that Hunter’s laptop caused anything.
It was just a tool.
The real problem is the criminal hearts in The Biden Crime Family.
They want wealth so bad, that they don’t care if their actions harm Americans.
Their greed is so great that they can’t see that their betrayal of America will lead to their destruction.
It is their criminal hearts that are the problem, not a computer.
It needs to be broken down to that simple and truthful explanation for Democrat voters to understand.
That laptop shows a very sick and lost person..he has sold his soul to the devil.. I choose to keave it there.
And his fathers way of getting millions.. They both are corrupt.. And when are they going to meet judticr.
It goes far beyond the Biden crime family. Don’t forget the Clinton Foundation, Romney and Pelosi’s sons associated with Ukrainian payoffs, etc. The level of corruption is off the charts.
That would be the most horrible historical indictment of America and the Democrats:...to be so afraid of having their misdeeds exposed, the Bidens and their Democrat “friends” would be willing to plunge the entire world into devastating war and famine just to protect their own sorry behinds!
I used to think about Revelation and God’s prophesied judgments as being somewhat overkill, but I think I start to understand now why God promises not just a shaking of the Earth but the heavens as well. Sin fills our world societies from the governments that plot their rebellions agains the Lord and his anointed to the gang killings in Chicago. The rich plot open mass murder against the world’s poor and the aged, calling them useless eaters. Oppression of the righteous and suppression of the truth is everywhere in media and one can almost feel it in the very pores of our skin. The sin and corruption are everywhere in our world societies and God’s own brand of “reset” will be needed to sort it all out.
Window dressing short term fixes such as Trump phenomena politicians while good will not get at the root of the evil. America needs a wholesale revival, in the high 80’s or 90’s percents of the population turned back to God and even then we will never be quite as powerful again in and of our own selves. Evil people who do detestable things to our children need to be rooted out of their places and jailed or executed and even our “good and moral “ people don’t have the stomach for it right now. Even many of the best of us have marks on our souls that this culture has corrupted us with and that we will have to reject and repent from. Bright lines have to be drawn by God’s people and abided by with our faces made like flints against those who are decidedly evil.
None of us can ever be ‘perfect’...but those who cry hypocrite(!) against God’s people have missed the point. It’ is not about perfection...it is about the road we are on towards Godly perfection and the outlook we carry in our hearts and minds. We are to run God’s race on God’s road. Not God’s race on man’s road. Men who have a fear of death are easily manipulated into slavery. Christians who have no fear of death and the grave cannot be so easily fooled!
The Bible’s true power is centered in the resurrected Christ and it is in that hope that American Christians must again rally around and begin to face down the evil in our land!

I’ve noticed the last few Democratic Administrations have been fraught with chaos and hand-wringing followed up with change to combat the chaos that they probably were the cause of.
Which leads me to believe that there is a lot of ploy, subterfuge, intrigues and power struggles in many events of the day.
And again you can quote FDR who did not misspeak when he he stated that “nothing happens in politics without a reason.”
I rarely take anything at face value.
Let's say that Bobby Kennedy wasn't assassinated. It's likely that he would have won the presidency in 1968 and we wouldn't have had Watergate in 1972.
Without Watergate, we would have had no "gate" scandals in Washington (something else would have happened to create a different suffix), there would have been no Woodward or Bernstein to shape the media for the next two decades, the public would have treated the Vietnam war differently with a Kennedy as Commander-in-chief, yada yada yada.
