Charlie Kirk, founder of TPUSA, talk radio host and outspoken conservative commentator, was suspended from Twitter on Tuesday after identifying President Joe Biden's assistant health secretary in the Department of Health and Human Services as a man.
"Richard Levine," Kirk wrote, "spent 54 years of his life as a man. He had a wife and family. He 'transitioned' to being a woman in 2011, Joe Biden appointed Levine to be a 4-Star Admiral, and now USA Today has named 'Rachel' Levine as a 'Woman of the Year'[.] Where are the feminists??"
Twitter said that the tweet was in violation of the "rules against hateful conduct." Twitter claims that naming Levine's biological sex and noting Levine's given name was "hateful." The rule states that users "may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease." "Everything I said was precisely accurate," Kirk told The Post Millennial, "and yet, Twitter still suspended my account. That should terrify every American, even those who disagree with me. What they want is submission. They have become the enemy of the truth."

Congressional Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Jim Banks have both been suspended from Twitter for pointing out Levine's biological sex.

“Misgendering” would be a crime punishable by death if the fascist wokesters had their druthers.

"rules against hateful conduct" = relaying facts we don't want people to know. Everything stated there is simply stating publicly known, factual information.
They suspended the New York Post for relaying factual information about the Bidens - apparently in violation of their policies to allow the public to be informed of real news that may negatively effect a Democrat political campaign.

I think they suspended Babylon Bee for the same reason.
And they just did another round and suspended the Babylon Bee staff’s personal accounts.
I would charge a lawsuit with a jury trial. These twitmobiles would be ruined.

Levine is a male. Not much of a man, but definitely a male. A mutilated male with a mental disorder. I feel sorry for him. No one ever loved him enough to tell him to knock the nonsense off and quit debasing himself.
Kirk is a clown. He only did this stunt because Babylon Bee led the way first.

We don’t have any real science anymore. It’s all been given over to something akin to a fundamentalist religious dogma.
