We ordered from Arby’s recently - first time I’ve had it. Husband wanted the French dip, and couldn’t see it on the menu.
I got the smokehouse brisket sandwich - pretty good, considering I couldn’t get a hamburger.

I could go for one of those Double Stacked Reuben sammichs!
Only put mine on white, I dislike the taste of Rye as it tends to overpower the flavors on the sandwich. You can’t even taste the kraut, much less the beef.
Go ahead purists, flame away, you know you want to.

Only things I like at Arby’s are the turnovers.

Got to hand it to Arby's, it's the meat. No synthetic "wondermeat" factory veggie burgers. Arby's is unashamedly in-your-face about meat.
It's one place you won't find vegan wackos.

Their Reubens are highly variable in quality.
Sometimes the meat is way too fatty and grisly.
If you can’t hit an authentic deli, the place for Reubens is Culvers. Consistently great. The Lexus of fast food.

I sometimes buy the Reuben and is enough for two lunches.
It is in fact a classic Reben

They should bring back real milkshakes. All the have anymore is chocolate and jamoica and I don’t even know what that is.

I’ve been bummed since Arbys discontinued the potato cakes.

One of the few chain fast food stores I actually like. I’ve enjoyed their roast beef sandwiches since college. Extra Arby’s sauce and double down with the Horsey sauce!
In fact I can remember being a broke freshman and getting two beef and cheddars for $1.00.

Worked at a couple of Arby’s during college in the 80s. Lived off of Supers w/ Horsey Sauce and Beef ‘n’ Cheddars. Jamoca shakes to top them off. Don’t think my system could handle any of them now, especially my circulation.

No more potato cakes. They really ruined them when they started frying them, now they are gone completely.

Three fish sandwiches and a Reuben.

I always ask for a Turkey Reuben at Arby’s. They’re happy to make it.

They don’t toast their Reuben —- so not actually a “Reuben”.
