On March 3, only two days after former WI Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and Thomas More Lawyer Erick Kaardal testified before the WI Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, they appeared on a podcast with 100 Percent Fed Up’s Patty McMurray and the Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft where they discussed the findings of Justice Gableman’s final report on potential voter fraud in the 2020 election.
The 100 Percent Fed Up – Gateway Pundit podcast with Justice Gableman and Erick Kaardal can be seen here:

We need a massive legitimacy fight over this guy. The nation needs this.

That was true for the Kenyan from Indonesia.
Republicans enabled that, too.
I agree.
Speaker Robin Vos has effectively admitted that Wisconsin violated Section 2 of the 14th Amendment in 2020 elections in my non-expert opinion.
"14th Amendment, Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced [emphasis added] in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State."
Section 2: Apportionment of Representatives
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
And Speaker Vos arguing "cannot decertify" alleged fraudulent election is obstruction of due process of section 2 imo.
Insights welcome.
SCOTUS has already said its up to the states to run their elections. Decertify and see where the chips land. Get a set of balls.
No surprise, the WI House Speaker is an “Assistant Democrat.”
And highly paid thugs at that.
You would not believe how much they make... you know even the truly incompetent are making a hundred or hundred and twenty five thousand dollars a year.
some of them are making a hundred fifty thousand with overtime. Not bad for a job that takes about 2 months to learn.
If the law has no provision for “decertifying,” then it ain’t gonna happen. SCOTUS won’t touch it. Doesn’t matter how virtuous you think that it would be. The law has nothing to do with virtue or morality. You need to understand this, if you don’t already.
I knew Voss wouldn’t do what needs doing.
D’s cheated hard in CA. With the momentum I saw for him, I thought he could win Ca.
Anyone remember pencilgate?
Trump tried to do it through the legal channels, they let him down.
Always remember that Trump has backup plans upon backup plans.
He created the Space Force specifically to oversee the 2020 election results.
There's no conspiracy and I don't do drugs. We are in Devolution. Trump is still POTUS.
I want the real vote tally, so it is proven that Trump won. I don’t need decertification, because Biden isn’t going anywhere.
To this day I have seen no evidence that PDJT was not in a SCIF the night of the election with enough intel sources and streams to absolutely know the steal was in progress.
He was nowhere to be found for about 30 hours after that night and was probably setting up the invocation of the Insurrection Act as he knew exactly what had happened.
The only way that could have been stopped is if he was told the military was not going to support him.
And that would be none other that General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Milley has since proved (in my book) to be a deep state stooge that is not only just stupid enough but fully capable of such a traitorous act against the Commander in Chief.
So you are right, "Military is the only way" but that military turned traitor on the President.
Too bad Milley won't swing for it.
.
Not sure if it made a headline, but supposedly DHS considers election deniers to be domestic terrorists. To dispute the election outcome on any basis is to attempt to discredit the government.
And that last line cinches it......can’t let it get out that there are millions who show the government up for the total failure and illegitimate farce it is and has to be punished........gawd!
Robin Vos is a Mexi-Can’t.
Decertify WHAT? The tally of idiots voting that takes place in early November has NOTHING TO DO (in a Constitutional sense) with the appointment of Electors or the subsequent choice by those Electors of a President and Vice President.
Go ahead. Read the whole Constitution. Look for "Presidential elections". Post something when you find it.
Now. Legislatures do make ante hoc RULES about how Electors get appointed. It is POSSIBLE that some Legislature, somewhere, "certifies" the tabulation of ballots which implicate the appointment of Electors, but usually that is delegated to an Executive Branch officer like the Secretary of State. So, in that case, it would be that certifying officer and not the Legislature that would "decertify", except, the effect of the certification was to cause an act to take place which leads to another act (Inauguration), which is not within the authority of a State to undo.
Decertify anyway to publicly and loudly acknowledge Democrat Fraud to the American people. The SC will do what it wants with the decertification.
Arrest those responsible at 4:00 am some snowy morning and drag them off to jail in front of Cameras. Charge them and Try them.
That would be a real shame. Probably some BLM or anteefa types, no doubt.
Hear! Hear!
“Show me where it says that. I can’t seem to find it.”

It’s not a “strawman” to point out to someone the unintentional ramifications of their poorly thought out line of argument.
It is a strawman to argue that they thought it out and that’s what they meant. Clearly they did not mean such a thing.
