“We do have clarity. I have a fact sheet. That’s what I was just reading from here at the Pentagon.”
Video at link.
It worked so well the first time they tried it. “I just told you the evidence.”
ROTFL. Another ditz pimping fake news. Sure beats working for a living.
Journalism no longer requires independent verification of government press releases if the story presents a point of view preferred by the reporter.
I just hope the Russians do have control over the biological weapons in Ukraine, as I know they won’t be releasing them (since they’ve had their own biologicals for decades and never released them).
I wrote it, then I read it....
My thought exactly, their words alone are the evidence. Sounds like "I am Science" Fauci. I'm starting to see the pattern here.
If you ever watch enough Pentagon pressers you will see that everyone is buddy-buddy in the room. They are on a first name basis - friends. They occasionally catch themselves being too informal and correct themselves to appear somewhat neutral. That is far from what we need out of the press. They need to be adversarial. You can't do that when you are best friends and go to the same parties.
“It’s debunked because it’s debunked.”- Lesley Stahl.............
“I read it once and read it again. What more do you want?”
These are the people who lied to us every step of the way on Afghanistan and Wuhan. But we’re supposed to believe them now?
Some may recall she read the DoD line about Americans left in Afghanistan..said there was about 200? And then she went on to call people using other numbers “LIARS”..
I saw it on the internet - got to be true....
.
This is what she does.
She is told what to say and she runs to Cameras.
Other countries call it Propaganda.
You can believe the CCP if you want on this. I won’t be.
But by believing Biden you ARE believing the CCP. He’s been bought and paid for.
I have run into this bureaucratic thinking before. If I say something to you it isn’t a fact. At most, it’s an opinion.
It might be an informed opinion if I am a subject matter “expert.” But if I type it into a computer, print it out and read it to you, it’s a fact. There, didn’t you see? I just read it to you. It’s therefore a fact.
Seriously, I’m not making this up. If I needed to get the QA inspector to sign off on something, say an output voltage that’s 10V, I’d type it out and put in plus/minus 3V because now he’d be looking at the significant digits. Viola! He’d sign off on it. The fact that I’d made it up based on the reading I got at the output was irrelevant.
People like her are not critical thinkers. If they think at all its along the lines of, “I wonder if I left the coffee pot on?”
DOD talking points. Nothing more.
