Zelensky pleads for US military aid, says if Biden acted sooner ‘there would not have been war’
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky chided the Biden administration for not slapping sanctions on Russia’s Vladimir Putin sooner in an emotional, approximately hour-long Zoom call with 280 US senators and House members Saturday morning.
“If you had started sanctions months ago, there would not have been war,” he said, Fox News reported.
Zelensky thanked the US for the assistance it has already sent, and pleaded for additional American military aid for his besieged country, a Senate source said.
Dozens of lawmakers unmuted themselves to thank Zelensky for his bravery as the call came to an end – with some pledging “Slava Ukraini” — Glory to Ukraine, a source told CNN.
The embattled Ukrainian leader expressed support for a potential US boycott of Russian oil, in response to a question posed by West Virginia’s Sen. Joe Manchin, the Senate source said.

Since the 1960s Cuba has been a Russian client state 90 miles off the US Coast. That the US never had any right to invade Cuba to change that even at the height of the cold war

If Zelensky had acted sooner and honestly investigated Biden’s bribe as VP to get the Ukraine prosecutor fired, Biden would not be President today. Karma is a b*tch.
Ukraine is not in NATO. Putin invades regardless. Why do you place blame on Ukraine and NATO for an unprovoked attack on the Ukraine?
But look at what Biden is getting now. People don’t mind the high gas prices, everything that is going wrong is now all Putin’s fault. They will milk that for all it’s worth for the midterms. It’s as if they asked Putin for a favor and he did it for them.

Unprovoked? The US/NATO have been conducting a proxy war in Ukraine for eight years.
I will give you another historic example. Korea. North Korea/China were not allowed to conquer South Korea simply because they hated and feared it's existence
