Where’s the invasion? Just distant footage of fireworks in the distance; they recently added sirens for effect, and showed vehicles streaming out of the capital (similar to pre-Katrina New Orleans).
The UN is on the fainting couch. I understand they will issue a stern warning letter to Ukraine in a few months.

The Russians will do a ton of this stuff in the weeks ahead. If we can resupply the Ukrainians as fast as their equipment, fuel and ammo is destroyed, they’ll have a fighting chance once the invasion starts.

western europe is already a vassal state to russia ever since it went “green” and shut down its nuke and coal plants and imported 30% of their energy from russia ... russia has already won its war with western europe without firing a shot ...
There was a president in 2017 who spent a lot of political capital internationally letting NATO know we were closing in on GAME TIME if they continued to sit on their hands and not reach nato commitments. What was that guys name?
Russia has to be very carful, they might take 60 km of rural Ukraine in exchange for Kaliningrad Oblast and a total loss of access to the trade on the Baltic Sea. Poland isn’t a basket case politically and they really have some hate in their soul for soviet era putin types. Forget watching Germany or Italy.... Poland’s reaction is the direction that NATO will be pulled in. The US and UK should be taking lead from the people with the immediate bear problem.

There may be a war going on; I wish people would wait to confirm that before handwringing and gnashing of teeth. Even if true, it seems Russia is entering separatist “disputed territories” that Ukraine lost years ago; they won’t be attacking the people they supported.

Saddam was flying blind. Ukraine is hopefully getting the best intel NATO has at its disposal, if Biden isn’t a complete dipstick about it. That flow of intel could cost Putin big. We’ll see.
