Marshall’s does let it happen. I used to work at one, a very nice one, and I was reprimanded for trying to do anything to stop a customer. All I could do was alert security and could only mention what the person was wearing. I could also take suspected people’s ID info if they handed me a DL for credit card purchases. I bet that’s all changed now, but yes, I was told to let them go. Many times. Yet if my drawer was off by more than 50 cents I was questioned.

Or else all store inventory will be inaccessible to counter clerks. You will select what you want from a terminal at the counter and a robot will box and tag your item. It will be placed in a vault in the wall accessible to the clerk, and the back of the vault will be locked & secure so that nobody can access the merchandise.
This is being allowed by the democrats. They want more of it because they feel that the creatures we see jumping around with a simian-like gait are “oppressed” and have the right to take what they want from their “oppressors.”
