CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A woman is under arrest in a violent assault of a Wendy’s employee in December.

Aneeja Smith was charged with felonious assault.

The incident happened at 7:18 p.m. on Dec. 10 at Wendy’s in Glenway Plaza in Westwood.

But to be fair: With a common surname like "Smith," it's a smart move to give your child a really unusual Christian first name - helps avoid confusion.

My brother in law 98% correct by guessing the race of criminal offender.

When it a stupid crime he ask the question out loud in public, “Is he/she black- rhetorical but educational for listeners.

My two boys grew thinking he was an old white racist... but today both understand that he was speaking from experience and observation.

The crime speaks volumes about “who” did what.

Blacks have done more to label themselves as predictable and have show a large majority will never be an adult in the room.
