The Super Bowl rebounded to draw an estimated 101.1 million television viewers. That was a 6% increase over the 95.2 million TV viewers who saw the Tampa Bay Bucs crowned as champions. The halftime show starring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Mary K. Blige was a hit.

The “white supremacists” love watching their former slaves fighting and arguing over a little ball. Idiots.
Up from last year doesn’t indicate that it’s anywhere near its highs.
And, our population is the highest ever.
I don’t know if Lupe and Chang are watching football though.
>>>I spent that time watching reruns of “Hawaii Five-O”, which I found to be quite entertaining.<<<
I watched “The Sacketts,” an old western, on INSP TV and was thoroughly entertained for over four hours. Enjoyed every minute of it!
Bottom line is the NFL makes almost $10 BILLION a year. And that number is only going to go up as more States legalize sports gambling mobile apps.
I used to go to 2-3 NFL games a year, but not this season. The experience I get at home is much better. The NFL's only issue in the coming years will be to keep people going to the stadiums (especially in cold cities).
Absolutely pathetic. This country is finished.
The last seven playoff games came down to the wire. When has that ever happened? What are the odds? I have not watched in four years.
Actually, I think the NFL's biggest challenges in the coming years will be these three:
1. A declining talent pool. More and more parents aren't letting their kids play football.
2. Competition from other forms of entertainment. I lost interest in the NFL long before it became a political/cultural disaster. If you want to know what drove me away, just turn off the TV one weekend and go watch an NFL game in person. Without all the extraneous nonsense you see on your TV screen, an NFL game has become a boring, exhausting event.
3. (This is a big one) ... The NFL is one game-fixing scandal away from destroying its recent love affair with organized gambling.
Yeah...are they counting the number of “bars, restaurants, airports, etc) that were broadcasting the game?
Are they also including foreign viewers?
Thug halftime shows for life!
A sure sign of weakness indeed.
Almost what Joe Rogan gets every week on his podcast...
I watched "The Sacketts" a month ago and enjoyed it immensely.
"Old Henry" is an excellent recently-made western.
I just looked up “Old Henry” and watched the trailer. Looks like a good one! I’ll definitely look for it. Thanks!
I think it’s sad that people will cheer and support people who hate their guts.
