I got contacted by a FAANG (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google) recruiter. I know. They are evil companies and every single of them requires a jab. Has anyone working in FAANG companies gotten a religious exemption for the jab?
For new hires, I imagine it's hard to get an accomodation.
My understanding is that Apple has testing as an option and has on-site testing.
If I was contacted by a FAANG recruiter I would tell him the same thing I did when Microsoft tried to recruit me about 8 years ago. I can’t write what I said because I would be banned from FR. I am not a nice person and haven’t been in a long time.

We deal with Netflix almost every week here in Faggywood, and you cant even enter their building if you’re not jabbed. The run around I make is that I pretend to be one of those mask morons’ who is scared of going outside, and go on Zoom. Because everything is digital now, we just send everything by email “here’s the script, here’s the re-write, here’s the budget, here’s our counter offer etc.”. We don’t physically get into the building unless we hire a dude with a QR code, which we’ve done multiple times.

That’s a smart thing to do...alot of the jobs require the jab these days. Even in Florida! Alot of the bad news will come out soon. I hope people will wake up.

Pfizer sent an email to its shareholders, saying to expect bad clinical trial data which will affect revenue.

My current job went ahead with their mandate even Brandon’s mandates are blocked by the courts. I want to explore options.
Why would you want to work for any of them?

if you don’t take a hard stand now that you won’t get the vaccine with or WITHOUT a religious exemption you’ll be sending the message that it’s a legitimate mandate. Additionally, there is NO guarantee they don’t screw you over if you end up working for one of them under this religious exemption which they do NOT respect.
Identify as a Muslim and I’m sure you will be left alone. So far I have heard of ZERO exemptions for Christians. If you are denied raise hell and threaten to call CAIR
You would never be happy working for FAANG company.
If you have the skills to work for a faang company, you probably can create a vax card.
Since none of these companies support religion your chances of getting a religious exemption are the same ‘none’
However, next year you may not need one at all.
Can’t speak for them. But I know my company told people who asked for religious objection over stem cells and they told them if you have taken aspirin or Tylenol you aren’t serious abs rejected them
I think there is more to this story.
If you are implying that the CEO sold his stock because he knew of bad news about the company's vaccines, keep in mind that he would be facing charges of insider trading.
Because the maximum punishment in the US for insider trading is 20 years in prison and a $5 million dollar fine, I'm not ready to believe this.

My nephew went to work for Amazon in September. He has yet to get the jab. Then again we’re in Texas.
Aspirin was around before scientists even suspected there were stem cells.
