While I would love to see the Bengals win, I don't see how when their O-line is as porous as a sieve and the Rams feature two outstanding rushers in Aaron Donald and Von Miller. Stafford is flaky sure, and can usually be counted on for at least one INT. But he has been doing enough to win and has some outstanding options to throw to. So does Burrow and how can you can count Cincy out when they came back from 21 - 3 down to beat the mighty Chiefs. On the road.... And I picked the Titans to beat the Bengals (Wrong!). And I picked the Chiefs to beat the Bengals (Wrong again!). Have I learned something? No.... So...
RAMS!
Good luck everyone!

Rams
Go Bengals!
>>>I’m going with the Truckers.<<<
This way we are assured of a win!
I’m picking the Rams but rooting for Cinci.
RAMS
Rams and it will not be close.
Rams because they won’t make the errors the Bengals’ 2 prior opponents made(if Mahomes had thrown for the end zone, KC would be here). Plus they are in their own stadium so home field advantage.
Indeed. I’ll be rooting for the Bungles but picking the Lambs.
i have to side with the bengals
Mac also bet $4.5 million on Bengals last week. He now has $9.5 million on the Bengals. If they win Mac stands to win $16.2 million.
It is the Bungals year, the city feels it, the whole Nation sees it coming. There’s no denying Joe Cool.
LETS GO BUNGALS!
Cincy 31 - 24
Bengals
Hey guys just put in your picks and I’ll calculate the results on the Final NFL 2022 FR Leaderboard.
FYI, current leaderboard looks like this (sorry I can’t show the whole spreadsheet, I don’t know how to do that). Note: baseline divisor (not the Imposter in Chief - that’s another “Divisor”) is the same for newbies and those from the start - 12 games through the Championship Round. Super Bowl results will be divided by 13 games.

"Can't touch this..."
Bengals.
I think the Rams will win, but I like the stripey helmets.
Bengals are one of the rare teams whose uniform is better than it was in the 70s.
I don't like the Rams look, need to go back to the classic blue and white uniforms, like back in the Merlin Olsen/Roman Gabriel days.
My shtick on STUPOR BOWL LVI.
I use regular-season scoring stats to rank teams (”#X”) and pass-run yardage (”X” (no “#”)) to predict how the game will likely play out.
Rams favored over the Bangles who may wind up walking like an Egyptian.
Game Plan:
Both teams should mostly pass.
Outlook:
Surprisingly, the pass/run YDG stats show this could be a Rams’ blowout over the Bengals, but the scoring stats suggest a closer game. Also surprisingly, in the regular season the Bengals were the top passing team in the NFL (the Rams’ were third best in passing) and the Rams’ scoring defense was only mediocre. The Rams surpassed the Bengals in three out of four categories by a LOT (see stats below).
These are not the top two teams in the NFL. The expected Super Bowl players were the
- Bills, defeated by a coin toss (NFL OT rules have GOT to change)
- Bucs, when Brady looked like he had already retired sometime during NFC Championship Game, and
-Chiefs, when Mahomes unexplainably seemed to run out of gas in the second half of the AFC Championship.
Back to this Super Bowl, the game will probably come down to which defense can better get to the QB. The Bengals have a bad record in protecting the QB. However, the Bengals’ defense effectively shut down Mahomes in the Championship Game. Rams favored.

where YDG showed the Bengals had a shot at upsetting the Chiefs showing the Bengals could move the ball against the Chiefs. (Todays matchup, not so much.)
Stats below.
#6 Rams v. #8 Bengals
When the Rams have the ball:
Rams #8 Offense v. Bengals #17 Defense
Rams Offense: 3 pass & 28 run
Bengals Defense: 19 against pass & 16 against run
When the Bengals have the ball:
Bengals #7 Offense v. Rams #15 Defense
Bengals Offense: 1 pass & 26 run
Rams Defense: 9 against pass & 4 against run
Gotta love that new stadium. It looks pretty cool.
