Trevor Bauer will NOT face any criminal charges for allegedly punching and choking a woman unconscious during sex, TMZ Sports has learned.
We're also told the decision was made in part because of texts messages between the accuser and Bauer ... where she indicated she was looking for rough sex.
Remember, 30-year-old Bauer was accused of getting physical with the woman during two sexual encounters in April and May 2021 ... which the alleged victim claimed left her with bumps, bruises, scratches and other injuries.
As for Bauer, he's long been adamant he did absolutely nothing wrong ... saying the situation was nothing more than rough sex between two consenting adults.
"I mean he didn't *want* to nail my head to the floor, I had to insist. He wanted to let me off. There's nothing Dinsdale wouldn't do for you."

In the texts she asked to be choked, slapped, and hit.
If there was any doubt to this or no physical evidence, Bauer would be in jail right now.

He didn’t do a damn thing wrong. The woman hooked up with him AFTER the “rough sex” she is now complaining about. Yeah he’s a freak but not a criminal, and he should sue the Dodgers for millions.

Bauer is a spectrum child who has a terrible time socializing. When he was with the Indians he said it took him like two years before he felt comfortable enough to talk to his teammates. Never heard Any talk of sexual predilections while he was here, but he was, let’s say “eccentric” on a number of counts. Had a wicked sinker though.
The damage this clown has done to the US is immeasurable and will only be understood in the distant future.
