YOU DON'T!...................
How about handle heaters? At least for the driver door. Hopefully your charger extension cord isn’t frozen into the charging port.
That hand is way too soft to have ever have done any real work.
Just take your Tesla branded hair dryer and unfreeze it.
propane torch will help thaw. Get repainted in spring ...
Maybe park it indoors.
Tesla’s require a garage and a temperate climate.
I remember hearing about a Tesla catching fire and firemen watching the person inside burn to death because the doors were inoperative.
If that’s what you want fine.
The same way you drive a Frozen Civic
Pour a pot of boiling water on the frozen windshield.
That should create an opening large enough to get into the car.
Alcohol spray (can) might work.
...but yes, ice and snow expose many fancy designs. I’m in Michigan and I’ve seen other door handles that seem too fragile for winter use, where you may need to crack ice. Anything motorized, like fancy door handles, automatic doors, etc. need thorough ice testing. I also heard Telsa’s have HVAC’s that aren’t handling windshield fog very well.
Lol. The first time I saw electric door latches I knew they were an accident just waiting to happen.
How do you drive a frozen Tesla?
From inside the toasty cab of a tow truck?

I’ve heard from a reliable source you lick the frozen handle with your tongue.
Works every time!
Drink a pot of coffee and let βer rip!
It appears the advice given thus far is mixed in terms of result.
I use a mapp gas torch. Frozen car doors are a daily occurrence here. First unfreeze the handle then pry the door off the seal, we call that Tuesday. Silicone spray in the handle and silicone grease on the seals before a freeze mitigates the problem somewhat.
Move Tesla to a sunny area (Florida is a good option) with the frozen handle door side of the car facing the sun’s rays.
Wait 3-4 hours. Call into work requesting day off. Drink coffee/adult beverages.
Leave Tesla parked. Drive a real car for once.

Hit the door handle with your purse, Matt.
Does the fart button still work?
Keep it inside the garage so the electronics will work properly. It will keep the charge on the battery up. Don’t take it outside until summer.
