The recent American Heart Association Paper given in a speech by Dr Steven Gundry to the American Heart Association in Boston on November 12-14 found that Covid-19 mRNA vaccines more than double your 5 year chances of suffering a heart attack as measured by various inflammatory markers at 2 months after the 2nd jab

We have also seen that on pitch footballer lethal cardiac incidences have doubled every quarter in 2021.
Let us be plain about what this means. These footballers are the canary in the coalmine of vaccination. Let us not permit their deaths to be for nothing. They get it first because they are pushing their hearts the hardest. It was so moving for me to watch Sergio Aguero, the totally fit Manchester City player, collapse, then struggle to stand up grabbing his heart with his colleagues around him thinking nothing can be wrong, I will just play on now, and then collapse again.
He survived, but is no longer able to play professional football. It is totally absurd for such a fit young man. We must see these dead footballing canaries (31 from heart attacks last year). We must learn from this that the coalmine of vaccination is full of poison and we must get out of it immediately.

We know that the heart attack risk is double in footresters (sedentary people), 2½ months after the 2nd jab, and we know that the pitch related heart attack risk in pro footballers was 4x normal in 2021 and that December 2021 with 7 deaths almost matched the previous 12 year average of 7.8 death per year…

It doesn't protect the recipient, doesn't prevent the recipient from spreading the virus, and the manufacturing korporations claim the recipients need "boosters" every 4-5 months.
...calling those who support vaccines but not this Jim Jones Jab,"anti-vaxxers". They've gotten all their actual vaccines. They're not anti-vaccine, they're anti-fraud.
As for "cherry-picking" data, the CDC and the pharmaceutical korporations refuse to release data and intentionally squelch it. In addition, the government intentionally identified deaths such as motorcycle crashes as COVID-1984 deaths.

In November 2021, Gundry published a poster abstract in Circulation which claimed that mRNA vaccines against the COVID-19 virus “dramatically increase” inflammation and that this was associated with heart disease. Commentators in British media cited the abstract as evidence of the mRNA vaccines being unsafe. The abstract was not peer-reviewed before publication. The American Heart Association issued an expression of concern, warning that the abstract may not be reliable and that, among other problems, there were “no statistical analyses for significance provided, and the author is not clear that only anecdotal data was used”. The Reuters Fact Check team concluded that it did “not provide reliable evidence that mRNA vaccines increase risk of heart disease”. Full Fact noted that the claims in the abstract relied on results from a test for which there was little evidence that it could accurately predict the risk of heart attacks.

Your response speaks clearly. But Renfrew likes to conflate to either-or in order to "win" a debate.
One can be anti-mRNA experimental drugs, and yet not be anti-vax for the participation in other sorts of vaccinations. But that paints a picture too complex for his either-or argumentation. Such adulation of the CDC pronouncements, as if gospel, shows his opinion clearly marches in lockstep with Fauci and Collins, Bourla and Bancel, yeah team.
Your are correct to observe that data from the ongoing clinical trials have yet to be released, the mRNA pharmaceuticals actually fighting in court against FOIA requests, and pleading that one year's data would require laughably long decades to redact and reveal. But believe him/her you should, because he tells you to. Such is political science. Not science.
To be anti-fraud is a fine stance. Those supporting fraud are irritated by it.
Problem we have is that no one believes any numbers anymore.

A Food and Drug Administration (FDA) document explaining why the agency approved Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine was removed from the agency’s website overnight.
The Summary Basis for Regulatory Action gave more details on how regulators reached the approval decision, and included references to an unpublished analysis that found the rates of post-vaccination heart inflammation were higher than any U.S. agency had found before.
