Just watched this movie everybody at church was talking about. Dark satire, dark humor parable. An embarrassment for our country.
So, it’s good or bad?...
Absolutely hilarious movie that condemns incompetent big government and the unholy alliance of Big Tech and Big Government.
It was supposed to be lefty propaganda for anti-global warming, but it came across as a very conservative-themed movie roasting everything about government.
Welcome to Free Republic.
It actually really good.
Welcome to free republic, blah, blah blah...
What movie are you so upset about?
Thanks, I’ll check it out.
Blazing Saddles?
Airplane?
What?
IBTZ
Watched it,Reminded me of the covid lies from the goverment.
“Don’t Look Up,” is the name I think. Also in title of thread, but kind of a “Who’s On First?” name.
I thought it was funny as hell.
Nice!
Age 14-16 mentality.
Wouldn’t have made that comment if I had seen your second post. JMO.
Stop! Youns are confusing him. (-:
Don’t Look Down!
More liberal projection™ tailored for the short bus set.
All about the COVID lies...absolutely right.
In the movie, the government tells people “Don’t look up” or you will see the very obvious impending doom of the comet headed at earth. The people blindly follow the stupid advice of the government.
For COVID, the government tells people “Mask up! Two masks! No cloth masks! 6 ft distance. No, more. No, that doesn’t work. Go to the hospital and get on a ventilator. Take the ‘vaccine’” All the while they simultaneously tell us “Don’t look at therapeutics” such as IVM and HCQ, they restrict monoclonal antibodies based on the color of your skin, and the vaccine is a massive failure (like the mission to blow up the comet).
The parallels are absolutely striking.
