Nice. We peaked at hospitalizations this weekend but are getting from other areas. Hopefully the peak that is
Thanks for posting these!
I also want to mention the YouTube videos of John Campbell. He is a British doctor of nursing. The videos are data driven.
We seem to be on the downside in Indiana too.
Stay safe this week. Looks like you all are in for some major icing.
Colorado cases, positivity rate, hospitalizations, % of beds occupied by COVID patients, ventilator use all declining nicely, cases going down fast.
Death reporting full of noise but has gone nowhere in general.
The death data has to be studied the next few days. That announcement of hospitals no longer reporting to HHS was to start 1 Feb.
The announcement was rebutted, but whatever the alternative was to be, it may take time to get embedded.

are we still grasping on the pandemic?
looks like it is all but over.
ransomnote: Worldometer.com lacks credibility and uses as its sources many organizations which have their own credibility problems. Since someone rewrote the content of Wikipedia's entry for Worldometer to eliminate mention of its flaws/limitations, I thought I should capture what Worldometer says about itself before it, too, is revised and sanitized. The thread below primarily demonstrates that worldometer collects its data from the CDC and other, similarly discredited organizations. People wishing to hide the fact that they are repurposing CDC fake data can always quote worldometer…..
Worldometer is the underpowered, cobbled together peer of SNOPES in data reliability

We'll see a lull. President Biden will celebrate a victory. Everything will appear to be normal. Then we'll see another variant in November. Blue states will return to restrictions. Red states will learn to live with covid.
Seems very likely
It is not discredited in the eyes of liberals. Thus, if even it says things are getting better it is a good source to use against mask-NAZI’s
Some of the States around Arkansas have been among the last to peak for new cases - but they seem to be breaking now (TN, MI). Texas and Tennessee, like Arkansas, seem to be quickly declining after their peaks - faster than most. Kentucky may have just cracked its peak (among the last).
It seems that with Omicron, the lag time between a change in new cases, and a corresponding change in hospitalizations, is significantly shorter than past waves - just two days for the National peaks. With new cases nosediving this week and next, you should see hospitalizations follow suit. New cases in Arkansas seem to already be down by half from their recent peak.
In your dreams.
Red states like Florida have already moved on from the covid nonsense long ago.
Why do you think all these Democrats like Pelosi are moving to Florida?
Another data point we use is how many people show up to our testing site. It’s down significantly this week.
Are your hospitalized Omicron patients suffering with similar Covid19 Delta symptoms such as breathing difficulties?
Yes but much lower incidence. We have 105 covids today. Highest ever
Thanks, Dr. Ark. for responding! I’m trying to understand whether Omicron causes severe problems which lead to hospitalization (vs. Covid 2020/Delta) and if so, is there a pre-existing weakness in the patient’s history? Or can it strike randomly and cause life threatening sort of symptoms?
When you said your wards were filling up, it made me curious. Are these Delta cases or Omicron or Omicron with Flu?
