This feud just reached the tipping point as the media reports and stories are coming in like an avalanche on a daily basis. AND, people are arguing about it, yep, it's causing division and animosity and arguments even among people at FreeRepublic.
Here's some of the evidence cited: 1) Sources say DeSantis may not back Trump 2) Reports have it that Trump poked fun at DeSantis 3) People are saying the riff is growing wider 4) Articles are on the increase citing unnamed sources and reports involving BOTH, DeSantis and Trump, yes, both
Until they come out and address this, it's fake news to me.
I hope so, but Trump did go after DeSantis last week.
Motivation to plant fake news stories with no sourcing.
DeSantis can finesse this to his benefit, making Trump his Sister Soulja.
There are many important issues. Most folks don’t have time to devote 40 minutes to each.
As well, many have been “burnt” by being told a podcast will tell them one set of information, and then it doesn’t. And they’ve wasted 40 minutes to find out. Or they figure out that the relwvant material could have been summarized in two minutes or less. And it’s difficult to “skim” through a video to see if it actually contains the relevant material.
For me, video exceeding two minutes in length is a waste of time.
Give it to me in written form. I almost never watch podcasts.
There was a rally last Saturday, if Trump had something to say about DiSantis he would have said it. He didn’t, so I don’t believe this.

I guess maybe you see yourself as a scientist, conducting an experiment of some sort with your vanity, but you seem to be guilty of exactly what you are accusing the media of - creating stories, just to get hits, and stir the pot. But in this case, I'd not call that science, or fake jouranlism, either, I'd just call it a selfish way to get your jollies at the expense of others, while exasperating the problem you claim you're concerned about. Just my thoughts, thanks.
It's not really a problem, don't lose sleep over it. These things just happen in politics, it's enlightening to see how people get all upset about fake news. Like you.
There are people here who routinely post crafted leftist garbage. So bad they add, "Barf alerts" in their flipping titles. Why do they think everyone wants to read barf articles full of lies and deceit? Then they defend promoting/disseminating the lefts reports/narratives by saying, "We have to know what the enemy is up to". As if there is someone out there who still don't get what they're all about and what's at stake.
Roger that. It couldn’t be easily summarized, due to the detail, other than the conclusion that there is some fire and not just smoke behind these stories. No one really wants to hear that either, no matter who is the source, apparently. I’m not happy about it either but would rather know the truth instead of just wish it away. Thanks again.

I agree 100%. Because I am in Florida, and we want to keep DeSantis here for 1 more 4 year term.

The ONE thing Trump detractors fear most (other than Trump winning the nomination) is Trump winning the nomination with his running mate mate to be, DeSantis already having been set.
