When NC voted that marriage was only between a man and a woman it was shut down if I recall because all citizens weren’t treat the same. How is this different?
In this case because they are sick of losing money, they are right. In almost every other area of life and culture, the NCAA is jacked.

Equal protection vs receiving federal funds.
I think the latter is the “hook” by which the mandate applies; pinging Cboldt.
Cboldt, is that true, receiving federal funds was the reason that the SCOTUS ruled that CMS healthcare workers are under the mandate?
